By accessing ProjectManager.az (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Service Description

ProjectManager offers online projects, domain names, websites, and related services. The scope of services may change without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

• Do not post content that is unlawful or infringes third‑party rights;
• Do not interfere with Site security or functionality;
• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Keep account credentials confidential.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are specified in the applicable service plan. Except for custom agreements, payments are non‑refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by ProjectManager or its licensors. No content may be copied or distributed without written permission.

6. Third‑Party Links

The Site may link to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for third‑party content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error‑free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProjectManager is not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from use of the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect once posted on the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku.
